牒承　勅特進試鴻臚卿大廣智不空三藏奏。請於太原府至德寺。置一文殊師利菩薩院。并抽三學大德二七人。遞弘本教以續法燈。仍請道憲法師於此寺長時講說者。宜依牒。至准　勅故牒。

The dispatch has received the imperial decree: 'The Specially Advanced, Acting Court of Imperial Regalia Chamberlain, Tripiṭaka Master Da Guangzhi Amoghavajra has memorialized, requesting to establish a Mañjuśrī Bodhisattva Cloister at Zhide Temple in Taiyuan Prefecture, to select fourteen bhadantas of the three learnings to take turns propagating the root teaching so as to continue the lamp of the Dharma, and further requesting that Dharma Master Daoxian preach constantly at this temple. It is approved as requested.' When the dispatch arrives, let it be in accordance with the decree. Hence the dispatch.
