右保壽寺臨壇大德慧徹等奏。伏以三藏國師釋門牆塹四海瞻仰兩京宗承清淨戒壇事資宿德。伏請登壇秉法。為眾授戒。

Regarding the memorial by Bhadanta Huiche and others presiding over the altar at Baoshou Temple: We humbly consider that the Tripitaka Master and National Preceptor is the rampart and moat of the Buddhist gate, looked up to across the four seas, and the ancestral leader for both capitals. The pure ordination platform relies on an elder of venerable virtue. We humbly request that he ascend the altar to uphold the Dharma and confer the precepts upon the assembly.
