不空言。伏以周智光。敢負　朝旨。自冐天誅。積惡滅身果見傳首。慶流卛土。喜契陽春。蓋由　陛下神算潛通　叡謀密用。武士猶未施其勇。蒼生遽已獲其安。寰宇轉清。夷狄喪志。是知　聖王之力遂成無戰之功。仁王之慈畢獲有情之命。不空忝承　渥澤。殊增躍荷。不勝欣慶之至。謹奉表陳荷以聞。不空誠歡誠喜謹言。

Amoghavajra states: I humbly reflect that Zhou Zhiguang dared to betray the imperial decrees and bring upon himself heavenly punishment. Having accumulated evil to his own destruction, his severed head has indeed been displayed. Celebration flows across the whole realm; joy matches the warmth of spring. This was truly because Your Majesty's divine calculations were subtly at work and your sagacious plans were secretly deployed. Before the warriors could even exert their valor, the common people had already attained security. The realm has grown clear, and the barbarians have lost their resolve. Thus we know that through the power of a Sage King, achievements without warfare are accomplished; through the compassion of a Benevolent King, the lives of sentient beings are preserved. Unworthily receiving Your overflowing favor, my joyful gratitude is exceedingly multiplied. Unable to bear my extreme joy and celebration, I respectfully present this memorial to express my gratitude and report. Amoghavajra, truly glad and truly joyful, respectfully speaks.
