右特進試鴻臚卿大興善寺三藏沙門。大廣智不空奏。前件行者童子等。並素稟調柔。器性淳礭服勤經戒諷誦真言。志期出家精修報國。今因降誕之日請度為僧。各配住前件寺。冀福資聖壽地久天長。

The above memorialized by Amoghavajra, Tripitaka Śramaṇa of Vast Wisdom of Daxingshan Temple, Specially Advanced, Probationary Court of Imperial Regalia Chamberlain: The aforementioned practitioners, postulants, and others are all inherently mild and compliant, firm and solid in nature; they have applied themselves diligently to the sūtras and precepts and recited the mantras, aspiring to leave the household life and cultivate vigorously to repay the state. Now, on the occasion of the Imperial Birthday, I request that they be ordained as monks and assigned to reside in the aforementioned temples, in the hope that these blessings will support the sacred longevity of the Emperor as enduring as heaven and earth.
