右特進試鴻臚卿三藏大廣智不空奏。前件佛堂。西河縣社邑百姓。於至德年中創共修葺志願。妖孽喪亡。國家剋復。伏以先聖孝感取為社名。並不煩擾公家。亦不私有求乞。其社人等各自卛家資遂共成辦。自茲已來修葺不輟。前年奉　恩命。五臺山修功德。迴日到此佛堂院。尋問根由具悉其實。堂殿院宇已就垂成。特望　天恩賜一寺額。

Regarding the above, the Specially Advanced, Acting Court of Imperial Regalia Chamberlain, Tripiṭaka Master of Vast Wisdom, Amoghavajra, memorializes: Regarding the aforementioned Buddha hall, the common people of the religious association of Xihe County during the Zhide era jointly initiated its repair with the aspiration that the evil rebellion would perish and the state would be restored. Humbly, taking the filial inspiration of the late sage as the name of the association, they did not trouble the authorities, nor did they privately beg. The members of the association each contributed their family wealth, thus completing it together. From then until now, repairs have continued without pause. The year before last, receiving the gracious command to cultivate merit at Mount Wutai, on my return journey I arrived at this Buddha hall compound, inquired into its origins, and learned the full reality. The halls, shrines, and courtyards are already nearing completion. I specially pray that Heavenly Grace may bestow a temple plaque.
