文字解說即真言兮　天生我師貝葉翻兮
龍宮閭闔了本源兮　象駕透迆仙樂繁兮
所作已辦吾將滅兮　空留梵夾與花鬘兮
冕旒增悼合會葬兮　人慟地振聲何諠兮
金剛之杵夢西土兮　以表吾師安養國兮
法王之子驚牛軒兮　永度生死破魔怨兮

Words and explanations are themselves mantras;
Heaven gave birth to our Master to turn the palm leaves.
The gates of the Dragon Palace fathomed the original source;
The elephant-carriage moved through winding roads, immortal music abundant.
'What was to be done is done; I shall enter extinction,'
Leaving behind in vain Sanskrit manuscripts and flower garlands.
The crowned Emperor's grief deepened as all gathered for the funeral;
People wailed and the earth trembled, how clamorous the sound!
The vajra pestle was seen in dreams to the Western realm,
Signifying our Master's journey to the Land of Peace and Sustenance.
The son of the Dharma King startled the ox-drawn cart,
Crossing over birth and death forever, vanquishing demonic foes.
