沙門惠朗等言。惠朗聞。逆德者亡已孽難逭。伏惟　陛下聖明獨斷。密運神謀。用將士威武竭誠討叛。寇梟擒捷。八州既獲得海外開通。萬國來朝。四夷納貢。惠朗等不勝慶快之至。謹附中使李憲誠奉表陳賀以聞。沙門惠朗等誠歡誠喜謹言。

The Śramaṇa Huilang and others state: Huilang has heard that those who rebel against virtue perish, and calamity brought upon oneself is difficult to escape. Prostrately I consider that Your Majesty, with sagely brilliance and independent resolution, secretly exercised divine strategy, employing the martial prowess of generals and soldiers who exhausted their sincerity to chastise the rebels. The owl-bandit was captured in victory; the eight prefectures were regained; the maritime routes are open; the ten thousand states come to court; and the four barbarian tribes offer tribute. Huilang and others cannot contain our utmost jubilation. Reverently entrusting this to Palace Envoy Li Xiancheng, we present this memorial to offer our congratulations and submit it for your hearing. The Śramaṇa Huilang and others, with true joy and true delight, respectfully speak.
