前左領軍衛兵曹參軍翰林待詔趙遷。業盛唐堯際。功成文子軍。累承三帝寵。六比五臣勳。畫角悲寒吹。愁笳咽曉雲　聖朝忠義骨。今日委荒墳。大樹悲風起。將軍去不迴。撫棺心益痛。臨穴淚難裁。曉月繁霜草。幽泉掩夜臺。更聞歌伴哭。觸物盡成哀。

His achievements flourished in the era of Yao of Tang; / his merits were completed in the army of Master Wen.
He repeatedly received the favors of three emperors; / his sixfold virtues matched the meritorious service of the five ministers.
The painted horn sounds sorrowfully in the cold blast; / the sad reed pipe chokes against the morning clouds.
The loyal and righteous bones of the Sagely Court / today are consigned to a desolate tomb.

A sad wind rises in the great tree; / the general departs, never to return.
Stroking the coffin, the heart aches ever more; / facing the pit, tears are hard to stay.
Under the morning moon, the frosted grass is thick; / the secluded spring encloses the terrace of night.
Further hearing the singer's companions weeping, / whatever one encounters turns wholly into sorrow.
