沙門惠朗等言。比屬去冬愆陽　聖心憂軫。廣崇勝福。蓋為生靈。果得春雲洒空皓雪呈端。普天含潤。澤被無涯。昏塵自清。豐年有待。惠朗等五十三僧。每在道場。為　國持念。自正初已來。互相策勵。或有七日不食。或有經旬忘寢。貴資片善。上答殊私。沐澤堯年。仍慚野老。無任忻悅之至。謹附中使李憲誠奉表陳賀以聞。沙門惠朗等誠歡誠喜謹言。

The śramaṇa Huilang and others state: Recently, as the past winter suffered an unseasonable lack of precipitation, the Sacred Heart was filled with anxiety and sorrow. You broadly elevated superior merits, entirely for the sake of the living beings. As a result, spring clouds sprinkled the sky and pure white snow displayed auspicious signs. The entire world was suffused with moisture, and the benevolent damp reached without boundary. Turbid dust naturally settled, and an abundant year awaits. The fifty-three monks including Huilang, always remaining in the ritual arena, have been reciting mantras for the state. Since the beginning of the first month, we have spurred each other on, some not eating for seven days, some forgetting sleep for ten days, merely wishing to provide a fraction of goodness to repay Your Majesty's exceptional favor above. Bathed in the benevolence of this Yao-like reign, we still feel ashamed before ordinary rustic elders. Unable to bear our utmost joy, we respectfully submit this memorial via the palace commissioner Li Xiancheng to offer our congratulations and bring them to your hearing. The śramaṇa Huilang and others state this with sincere joy and delight.
