師久勤梵行夙著精誠虔潔道場至祈膏澤薄申獎賚煩此謝章也。

You have long been diligent in pure practices and your pure sincerity has long been known. You reverently purified the ritual arena to pray earnestly for enriching rain. We merely offered a modest reward; you need not have troubled yourself with this memorial of thanks.
