奉 勅語元琮。故大辨正廣智不空三藏和上塔所修造宜令且停。別擇好地起修。
Having received the imperial edict, instructed Yuancong: Construction at the stūpa site of the late Tripitaka Master and Upādhyāya of Great Eloquence, Rectitude, and Vast Wisdom, Amoghavajra, should temporarily halt. Separately select auspicious ground to begin construction.
