師緇門領袖。久在道場。勤結梵緣。福資黔庶。真聖所祐。宿陰漸開。宜益虔誠慶流家國也。所賀知。

The master is a leader of the black-robed sangha. Remaining long in the ritual arena, you have diligently formed pure connections and your blessings assist the common people. Protected by the true sages, the lingering overcast has gradually dispersed. You should further increase your reverent sincerity, so that auspicious blessings may flow throughout the state and the family. We acknowledge your congratulations.
