靈應臺檢校觀音道場念誦沙門道潤等言。伏承河南諸將收獲汴州。大破田怳生擒靈曜。梟鏡之徒浹辰瓦解。蜂蠆之毒氷消。天地人神無不慶嘉。伏惟　寶應元聖文武皇帝陛下。據法王之正教。行觀音之大悲。子惠蒼生。恐一物失所。而彼狂豎故拒違天實非天誅。是自取禍。今者河清海晏。日潤山晴。尚聞天師猶賈餘勇虜戮承嗣固在不遙。微僧此時慶幸何甚。仰承　皇澤。江海非深。不勝忻悅之至。謹附中使李憲誠奉表陳賀以聞。沙門道潤誠賀誠忻謹言。

The monk Daorun and others who recite [mantras] and supervise the Avalokiteśvara Arena at the Platform of Efficacious Response state: We humbly have learned that the generals of Henan have retaken Bianzhou, utterly defeated Tian Huang, and captured Lingyao alive. Those unfilial owls and predatory beasts disintegrated within twelve days; their wasp-and-scorpion venom dissolved like ice. Heaven, earth, humans, and gods all celebrate with joy. We humbly reflect that Your Majesty, the Emperor of Baoying, Prime Sagacity, and Civil and Martial Virtue, relies on the correct teaching of the Dharma King, practices the great compassion of Avalokiteśvara, and loves the common people like children, fearing that even a single creature may lose its place. Yet those mad ruffians willfully rebelled and defied Heaven; indeed, it was not that Heaven punished them, but that they brought disaster upon themselves. Now the Yellow River runs clear and the seas are calm; the sun shines pleasantly and the mountains are bright. We still hear that the Heavenly Army is summoning its remaining bravery, and the capture and execution of Chengsi will certainly not be long off. How exceedingly fortunate are we humble monks at this time! Looking up to receive imperial grace, the rivers and seas are not so deep. Unable to bear our supreme joy and delight, we respectfully submit this memorial via the Palace Commissioner Li Xiancheng to offer our congratulations. The monk Daorun speaks with sincere congratulations and sincere joy.
