勅句當京城諸寺觀修功德使　牒興善寺牒得舉稱奉　勅如右未有各牒所由請施行處分者錄　勅牒興善寺仍牒故三藏和上院者故牒。

The Commissioner for Cultivating Meritorious Deeds Charged with Managing Monasteries and Abbeys in the Capital issues a dispatch to Xingshan Temple: This office received a petition stating the receipt of an imperial edict as on the right. For those matters where separate dispatches have not yet been sent to the competent authorities requesting execution and disposition, the edict is recorded and dispatched to Xingshan Temple, and furthermore dispatched to the cloister of the late Tripitaka Master and Upādhyāya. Hence this dispatch.
