6.61

奉　勅語西明寺僧惠曉。為朕修功德。在寺依恒。二時粥飯及出入往來畜乘。一切供給勿令闕少。

By imperial decree to the monk Huixiao of Ximing Temple: Since you cultivate merit for Us, while residing in the temple, let the gruel and meals of the two times of day, as well as mounts and riding animals for entering, leaving, coming, and going, all be provided according to regular practice, without any deficiency.
