經律異相 20.14

20.14

不以不淨意　示及瞋怒人
欲得知法者　三耶三佛說
諸有除貢高　心意極清淨
能捨傷害懷　乃得聞正法

“Not with an impure mind
should it be shown to an angry person.
One who wishes to know the Dharma
expounded by the Samyaksaṃbuddha,
all who have eliminated arrogance,
whose minds are exceedingly pure,
and who can abandon harmful intent,
are only then able to hear the true Dharma.”
