波羅㮈國在迦維衛國之西九百六十里。佛轉法輪處在波羅㮈國之北二十里。樹名香淨。降伏魔處也。
The kingdom of Vārāṇasī is 960 li west of Kapilavastu. The place where the Buddha turned the wheel of the Dharma is 20 li north of the kingdom of Vārāṇasī; the tree is named Pure Fragrance, which is where Māra was subdued.
