36.22

有求子索財　於此二事中
甚憂勤苦痛　他人所得果
有身不能保　何況子與財
譬如夏月暑　息止樹下涼
須臾當復去　世間無有常（出日難經）

“Some seek children, others seek wealth;
Concerning these two matters,
They suffer deep sorrow, distress, and pain,
Yet the fruit is obtained by others.
One cannot preserve one's own body,
How much less children and wealth!
Just like the summer heat,
One rests in the shade under a tree,
And in a moment must depart again:
