The sixty-fourth is called Indiscriminate (in the Liang language, 'life's end'). There are five kings in total: the first is called King Sui; the second is called King Jie; the third is called King Chou; the fourth is called King Ziran; the fifth is called King Zhongsheng. They all generated faith and the Great Vehicle's vows to deliver living beings in the hells. Those whose retribution in the various hells has ended come and enter here, where [the kings] determine the amount of sins committed in their past deeds. Leaving behind their hell bodies, they receive intermediate-state bodies resembling three-year-old children, and again according to their karma, they take birth from parents (extracted from the Sūtra on Inquiring about the Hells).
