佛本行經云。爾時太子既𩮜髮已。淨居天復化作獵師之形。身著袈裟染色之衣手執弓箭。見已語言。汝能與我此之袈裟衣不。我與汝迦尸衣。價直百千億金。復為種種栴檀香等之所熏修。而說偈言。

The Abhiniṣkramaṇa-sūtra says: At that time, after the prince had shaved his hair, a Śuddhāvāsa deva again transformed himself into the shape of a hunter, his body wearing a kāṣāya dyed robe and his hand holding a bow and arrow. Seeing him, [the prince] said to him, 'Can you give me this kāṣāya robe or not? I will give you a garment of Kāśī cloth, worth hundreds of thousands of koṭis of gold, and furthermore perfumed with various kinds of sandalwood incense.' And he spoke a gāthā, saying:
