10.78

伏枕愛危光　痾纏生易折
無因雪岸草　虛返芒山穴
消渴腠腸腑　疼塞嬰肢節
如何促齡內　憂苦無暫缺

Prostrate on the pillow, cherishing the fragile light;
entangled by illness, life is easily broken.
Without cause to seek the grass of snowy shores,
in vain one returns to the caves of Mount Mang.
Wasting thirst parches intestines and viscera;
aching blockages afflict the limbs and joints.
How is it that within this fleeting lifespan,
worry and suffering never cease for a moment?
