又涅槃經云。佛告迦葉。若有建立護持正法。如是之人應從啟請。當捨身命而供養之。如我於是大乘經說。
The Nirvāṇa Sūtra also states: "The Buddha addressed Kāśyapa: 'If there is someone who establishes and protects the saddharma, one should make requests of such a person and make offerings to them, relinquishing body and life, just as I have spoken in this Mahāyāna sūtra:'
