19.29

我正恭敬彼　能出非家者
自在游諸方　不計其行止
城邑國土色　不能累其心
不畜資生具　一往無欲定
往則無所求　唯無為為樂
言則定善言　不言則寂定
諸天阿脩羅　各各共相違
人間自共諍　相違亦如是
唯有出家者　於諸諍無諍
於一切眾生　放捨於刀杖
於財離財色　不醉亦不荒
遠離一切惡　是故敬禮彼

"I am truly revering those / who are able to leave home for the homeless life. / Unhindered, they wander in all directions, / not reckoning their movements or stays. / The forms of cities and kingdoms / cannot burden their minds. / They do not store up the requisites of life; / going forward once and for all, their minds are stilled of desire. / Moving, they have nothing to seek, / finding joy only in the unconditioned. / When they speak, it is surely wholesome speech; / when silent, they abide in calm concentration. / The devas and asuras / are constantly in opposition to one another; / humans among themselves dispute, / their opposition being just the same. / Only those who have left home / have no contention amid all contentions. / Toward all living beings, / they lay down weapons and staves. / Regarding wealth, they are detached from wealth and sex; / they are neither intoxicated nor dissolute. / Far removed from all evils, / therefore do I bow to them in homage."
