23.88

又十輪經云。如剎利旃陀羅等。見有依我法中出家若聲聞辟支佛乃至大乘說法法師。誹謗罵辱欺誑正法。而作留難惱亂法師。以是因緣墮阿鼻地獄。若見依我法中而出家者。於此人所數數瞋恚。罵辱我所說法不肯信受。破壞塔寺僧坊堂舍殺害比丘。先所修習一切善根。皆悉滅盡。命欲終時支節皆疼如火焚燒。其人舌根如被繫縛。於多日中口不能語。命終之後墮阿鼻地獄。

Furthermore, the Sūtra on the Ten Wheels states: “Such as kṣatriya-caṇḍālas and their like, who, seeing those who have renounced household life within my Dharma—whether śrāvakas, pratyekabuddhas, or even Dharma masters who expound the Mahāyāna—slander, revile, and deceive the true Dharma, and create obstacles to trouble and disturb the Dharma masters; through such causes and conditions, they fall into the Avīci Hell. If, seeing those who have renounced household life within my Dharma, they repeatedly direct anger toward such people, revile the Dharma taught by me, refuse to faithfully accept it, destroy stūpas, monasteries, and living quarters, or kill bhikṣus, all the roots of good previously cultivated by them are completely eradicated. When their lives are about to end, their joints will all ache as if burned by fire; their faculty of speech will seem bound, and for many days their mouths will be unable to speak. After life ends, they fall into the Avīci Hell.”
