閻浮提外南方海中有頗梨山。其山有窟。名曰上色。亦是菩薩昔所住處。有一獼猴修聲聞慈。復有一窟名誓願。亦是菩薩昔所住處。中有一雞修聲聞慈。復有一窟名曰法林。亦是菩薩昔所住處。中有一犬修聲聞慈。中有火神有羅剎女。名曰眼見。各有五百眷屬圍繞。是二女人常供養是三鳥獸。

Beyond Jambudvīpa, in the southern ocean, there is a sphaṭika mountain. On that mountain there is a cave named Superior Color, which is also a place where a bodhisattva dwelt in the past; there is a monkey cultivating śrāvaka-loving-kindness. There is another cave named Vow, which is also a place where a bodhisattva dwelt in the past; inside it is a cock cultivating śrāvaka-loving-kindness. There is another cave named Dharma Forest, which is also a place where a bodhisattva dwelt in the past; inside it is a dog cultivating śrāvaka-loving-kindness. On it there is a fire deity, and there is a rākṣasī named Eye-Seeing; each is surrounded by a retinue of five hundred. These two women constantly make offerings to these three birds and beasts.
