又初發心如月新生。行道心如五日月。不退轉心如月十日。一生補處心如月十四日。如來智慧如十五日月。

Furthermore, the mind of initial resolve is like the newly risen moon. The mind of walking the path is like the moon on the fifth day. The non-retrogressing mind is like the moon on the tenth day. The mind of being bound to one last birth is like the moon on the fourteenth day. The wisdom of the Tathāgata is like the moon on the fifteenth day.
