龜蟲畏野干　藏六於殼內
比丘善攝心　密藏諸覺想
不依不悑彼　覆心勿言說

"The tortoise, fearing the jackal,
Draws its six limbs into its shell;
Let the bhikṣu well restrain his mind,
Concealing all perceptions and thoughts,
Neither depending on nor fearing them,
Covering the mind and speaking no words."
