34.76

佛告童子。西方去此如殑伽河沙諸佛剎土。有世界名善選擇。其佛號金剛步迹如來。今現在說法。若欲西行先當稽首禮於彼佛一心歸命。則無恐懼不逢患難。

The Buddha told the youth: 'To the west, past as many Buddha-lands as the sands of the Gaṅgā River from here, there is a world named Excellent Selection. Its Buddha is named Tathāgata Adamantine Footsteps, who is now preaching the Dharma. If one wishes to travel west, one should first bow one's head, pay homage to that Buddha, and single-mindedly take refuge; then one will have no fear and will not encounter adversity.'
