又智度論云。天帝釋取菩薩髮及衣。於天上城東門外立佛髮塔衣塔。

Furthermore, the Zhidu lun states: Śakra, Lord of the Devas, took the Bodhisattva's hair and garments and erected a Buddha-hair stūpa and a robe stūpa outside the eastern gate of the heavenly city.
