勅以舍利及頂骨出示行道僧曰。此佛真身。僧等可頂戴供養。經一宿還收入內。
An imperial edict displayed the śarīra and the parietal bone to the monks practicing the Path, saying: 'This is the true body of the Buddha; you monks may bear it on your heads and make offerings.' After one night, it was returned to the interior of the palace.
