38.6
又薩遮經云。或嫌塔寺及諸形像妨礙送置餘處者。如是惡人。攝在惡逆眾生分中。上品治之。
Furthermore, the Sacca-sūtra says: "If there are those who resent stūpas, temples, and various images as obstructions and move them to other places, such evil persons are subsumed among the class of living beings guilty of evil treason and shall be punished with the highest penalty."
