38.9

又正法念經云。若有眾生識於福田。見有佛塔風雨所壞。若僧房舍。以福德心塗飾治補。復教他人令治故塔。命終生白身天。其身鮮白入珊瑚林。與諸天女五欲自娛。業盡還退。若生人中其身鮮白。

Furthermore, the Zhengfa nian jing says: "If there are living beings who recognize the field of merit and, seeing a Buddha stūpa damaged by wind and rain, or a monk's quarters, plaster, adorn, repair, and mend it with a mind of merit, and further teach others to repair old stūpas, then when their lives end, they are reborn in the Heaven of White Bodies. Their bodies are pure white, and they enter coral forests to amuse themselves with celestial maidens in the five desires. When their karma is exhausted, they fall back; if reborn among humans, their bodies are pure white."
