復次置柳為第七宿。屬於蛇天。即姓蛇氏。止有一星如婦人黶。一日一夜行十五時。屬柳星者祭用乳糜。

Next, Āśleṣā was established as the seventh mansion. It belongs to the Serpent Deva (Nāga/Sarpa), and its clan is the Serpent clan. It has only one star, like a woman's mole. In one day and one night, it moves for fifteen hours. For those belonging to the Āśleṣā star, milk gruel is used for sacrifice.
