復次置軫為第四宿。屬沙毘梨帝天。姓迦遮延。蠍仙之子。其星有五形如人手。一日一夜行三十時。屬軫星者。作莠稗飯而以祭之。

Next, Hasta was established as the fourth mansion. It belongs to the Śavitar Deva. Its clan is Kātyāyana; it is the child of the Scorpion Sage. It has five stars, shaped like a human hand. In one day and one night, it moves for thirty hours. For those belonging to the Hasta star, make rice of darnel and wild millet to sacrifice to it.
