諸沙彌言。汝莫生疑。平量是事。甚可傷愍。故現是化。汝當深識之。聖眾不可量。如偈說曰。
The śrāmaṇeras said: 'Do not give rise to doubt. Your assessing of these matters was truly pitiful; therefore we manifested this transformation. You should deeply recognize this: the noble assembly cannot be measured. As the verse says:
