45.9

若王行惡行　瞋心不見事
動則怖眾生　乃至父母畏
何況餘非親　而當有念愛
大王應當知　智者捨瞋恚

"If a king engages in evil deeds,
With an angry mind he cannot see affairs as they are;
His movements terrify living beings,
To the point that even his father and mother fear him.
How much less would others who are not kin
Ever harbor love and affection for him?
The Great King should know:
A wise person abandons anger."
