46.17

又十輪經云。若有四方僧物資生雜物等。持戒破戒如是人等悉不與之。以是因緣。命終已後皆墮阿鼻地獄。

Furthermore, the Daśacakra-sūtra states: If there are goods belonging to the Saṃgha of the four quarters, requisites for life, miscellaneous articles, and the like, and one does not give them to such persons whether they uphold or break the precepts, due to these causes and conditions, after their lives end, they will all fall into Avīci hell.
