世間殺父母　命盡墮泥犁
今加害於王　其罪等無異
我今實不忍　加惡於大王
寧令身命盡　終不造逆意

“In the world, those who kill their father or mother
At the end of life fall into Avīci hell;
If I now inflict harm upon the king,
The sin would be equal and no different.
I truly cannot bear
To inflict evil upon the Great King;
I would rather let my own life end
Than ever harbor an intent of treason.”
