入朝輔王　立志存忠　居家事親
敬誠孝終　況佛大恩　普濟無窮
酬恩報德　豈墮虔躬

"Entering the court to assist the king, / one resolves on maintaining loyalty; / dwelling at home to serve one's kin, / with reverence and sincerity one is filial to the end. / How much more so the Buddha's great benevolence, / which universally saves without limit! / In repaying that kindness and requiting that virtue, / could one dare to be lax in reverent devotion?"
