夫滅三毒以證無為。其蠲邪也大矣。除八苦而致常樂。其去疾也深矣。何得局夷夏而計親疎乎。況百億日月之下三千世界之內。則中在於彼域不在於此方矣。

Now, eliminating the three poisons to realize the unconditioned—how great is its banishment of evil! Eradicating the eight sufferings to attain constant bliss—how profound is its removal of disease! How can one be confined by barbarian and Chinese distinctions, calculating close and distant? What is more, under the hundred billion suns and moons, within the trichiliocosm, the true center lies in that realm and not in this region.”
