邪惑問曰。有之為損。無之為益。故未有佛法之前。人皆淳和世無篡逆。佛法來到多興悖亂爾。

The Deluded Heterodox asked: "Its presence causes harm, and its absence brings benefit. Therefore, before the Buddha-Dharma existed, people were all pure and harmonious, and the world knew no usurpation or rebellion. Since the Buddha-Dharma arrived, many rebellions and disorders have arisen."
