十六依昇玄內教經云。或復有人。平常之時。不一月作福。見沙門道士說法勸善。了無從意。

16. According to the Scripture of the Inner Teaching of Ascending to the Mysterious (Shengxuan neijiao jing): Furthermore, there are some people who, in ordinary times, do not cultivate merit even once a month; seeing śramaṇas and Daoist priests expound the Dharma and exhort them to goodness, they have no intention whatsoever of complying.
