若但行忍者 於事則有闕
愚癡者當言 畏悑故行忍
是故當苦治 以智制愚癡
"'If one only practices forbearance, / then there will be a deficiency in affairs; / the foolish will say / that one practices forbearance out of fear. / Therefore, one should punish him severely, / using wisdom to subdue the foolish.'"
