此十五鬼神常食血肉。以此陀羅尼呪力故。悉皆遠離不生惡心。令諸童子離於恐怖安隱無患。處胎初生無諸患難。誦此呪者。或於城邑聚落。隨其住處亦能令彼嬰孩小兒長得安隱。終保年壽。南無佛陀。成就此呪護諸童子。不為諸惡鬼神之所嬈害。一切諸難一切恐怖悉皆遠離。蘇婆訶。時此梵天聞說此呪歡喜奉行。

'These fifteen spirits constantly consume flesh and blood. Through the power of this dhāraṇī, they all stay far away and do not give rise to an evil mind, causing all children to be free from terror, secure, and without misfortune, free from all perils and difficulties while in the womb or newly born. If one recites this dhāraṇī in cities, towns, or villages, wherever one resides it can also cause those infants and young children to remain secure for a long time and preserve their years of life to the end. Namo buddhāya! Accomplish this dhāraṇī to protect all children, so that they will not be disturbed or harmed by evil spirits, and all perils and all terrors will entirely depart. Svāhā!' At that time this Brahmā, having heard this dhāraṇī spoken, rejoiced and practiced it respectfully.
