行此之法。於觀世音像。以香泥塗地。香華供養。日夜六時誦之。於一時中誦滿百二十遍。隨其所求觀世音菩薩。以其行人應現其身令其得見。所求皆得如願本心。

In performing this method, one should smear the ground with fragrant mud before an image of Avalokiteśvara, make offerings of fragrant flowers, and recite it at the six times of day and night. During each single period, recite it a full one hundred and twenty times. According to what is sought, Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara will manifest a body corresponding to that practitioner, allowing them to see him, and all that they seek will be attained in accordance with their original wish.'
