南無佛。南無法。南無比丘僧。南無舍利弗。兜樓。摩訶目連比丘。南無賢者覺意名聞遍十方。北方揵陀摩訶衍山。彼有蟲王。名羞休無得。在其牙齒。彼當遣使者。莫敢食其牙齒及在牙根牙中牙邊。蟲若不速下器中頭破作七分。如鳩羅勒繕。梵天勸助是呪。南無佛今我所呪即從如願。若行此法以淨水含呪一遍。便吐器中即止。
