大慈大悲惟願愍我救護苦惱。亦救一切怖畏眾生令得大護。
Greatly compassionate and greatly sympathetic one, we pray only that you take pity on me and rescue and protect [me from] bitter affliction, and likewise rescue all terrified sentient beings, causing them to attain great protection."
