神鬼難測　潛來密往　授以福基
薦以歆饗　兼祭幽塗　冀免飢想
凡聖等祠　福祚無爽

Spirits and ghosts are hard to fathom; / Secretly arriving and stealthily departing. / Bestow upon them the foundation of merit; / Present them with offerings to be savored. / Sacrifice also for those on the dark roads, / Hoping they may be free from thoughts of hunger. / When commoners and sages are equally served, / Blessings and fortune will not fail.
