玄言始開闡　雲霧上昇天
靉靆垂下布　駛雨遍山川
百草俱滋茂　五穀皆熟田
自非慈福力　豈感樂豐年

When the profound words were first expounded, / Clouds and mists rose up to heaven.
Gathering densely, hanging low and spreading out, / Swift rain pervaded the mountains and rivers.
The hundred grasses all grew lush and luxuriant; / The five grains ripened in every field.
Were it not for the power of compassionate blessings, / How could such a delightful, bountiful year be invoked?
