護公澄寂。道德淵美。微吟穹谷。枯泉漱水。邈矣護公。天挺弘懿。濯足流沙。領拔玄致。

"Venerable Dharmarakṣa, serene and tranquil, / His virtue and Way profound and beauteous. / Softly chanting in the deep gorge, / The dried spring restored water for rinsing. / How exalted was Venerable Dharmarakṣa, / Endowed by Heaven with broad excellence! / Washing his feet in the shifting sands, / He brought forth the most profound purport."
